Boss Lady Mae has been writing professionally for about 26 years, 18 of those years as a ghostwriter for books, TV/movie scripts, stage plays, documentaries, commercials, etc. Being a strong advocate for Women, she rose to stardom as the Founder/Executive Director of Boss Ladies on the Move (BLOTM), the best group for Forward-Thinking Women. This group is being rebranded and will become the Women’s Leadership Network (WLN) beginning in January 2024.
Earlier in her career, Boss Lady Mae was an in-demand Media Personality for events all over Atlanta and surrounding areas. She has been a Best-Selling Author, Blogger/Editor at Stardom101 Magazine, the Founder/Editor-in-Chief of HBOSS ATL Magazine, and a major article contributor at Richtopia Magazine (based in London) for three years. She has penned six screenplays, ten stage plays, four documentaries, two TV shows, three sitcoms, hundreds of articles, over one hundred and sixty-five eBooks as a ghostwriter, and eight books that bear her name.
Boss Lady Mae is a talented writer whose ability to craft compelling stories has earned her a loyal following from The Boss Ladies, Book 1, with excellent reviews. Her second book, The Boss Ladies, Book II, was met with rave reviews upon its release in 2015, and fans are eagerly anticipating the upcoming third installment of the series, The Boss Ladies, Book III, which will be released in December 2023 or January 2024. In addition to her work on The Boss Ladies series, Boss Lady Mae has also penned A Modern Day Jezebel Saved by Grace, which tells the story of a modern-day spiritual romance and received critical acclaim upon its release in 2015. Boss Lady Mae is working on adapting the book into an independent movie set for filming in 2024. Her first self-published work, Single Ladies Wait on Your Boaz, is a Christian romance that drew inspiration from a famous message by Pastor Jentezen Franklin about the biblical love story of Ruth and Boaz. The book was a hit with readers, and Boss Lady Mae later adapted the story into a stage play that will be taped live in Atlanta, Georgia, in November 2024. Boss Lady Mae has also written Give A Man A Fish, released in 2015, and Same Ole, Same Ole, released in 2016. Her latest book, The Enchanting Tales of Marley, Carley, and Zahara, is a children’s book set for release in December 2023, while The Tales and Journey of Mississippi Po’Boy, a book set for release in the fall of 2024.
